Hi Access Indians,
I recently came across a person who has multiple disabilities and
requires high support urgently.
The person is 18 years old but has intellect equivalent to a 7month
child. He is blind, deaf and mute, and has other orthopedic disabilities
as well. Currently, his mother does all his feeding and other things.
He also doesn't get his disability pension as his Aadhar card could not
be made due to his multiple disabilities or may be, lack of information.
Any support or information in this regard shall be highly beneficial.
