Hello, My friend wrote to the CCPD for scribe in the departmental exam in South Eastern Railway. Yesterday a fax received the office asking to allow scribe for the candidate. Although the department is not going to allow scribe in tomorrow's exam, they have promised to make some special provision soon. Many such decisions have come from the Hon'ble CCPD. I don't have good opinion with banking ombersements. After getting their reply as banks can follow their own rules with these issues. I got this reply for sending my complaint to them. And they have closed my case.
