If you don't see shut down option in shutdown dialog box. Then you can press windows +x kee, and press two times u. Your system will shutdown immediately. This screen appears in case this system is getting updated and restarting the machine is not recommended at that time. You may use Windows plus X key to navigate to the shutdown/restart options, over there it will show you the relevant information if the system is installing the updates. Hi friends, A strange problem. In my Del laptop, I sometimes face a strange problem While trying to shut down computer, I only get 3 options: Sleep Switch user sign out. I cannot find shut down or restart options. Kindly suggest a key short cut so I may find these options. Usually, I get all 5 options, this problems only once a while.
