Dear all, I am writing this mail on behalf of one of my friend. Currently she is using office 2007 at her work place. But because of some technical issues, She wants to downgrade to office 2003. But the problem is, she has configure her official mail ID to MS outlook 2007 and saved lots of mails in diferent folders. Now, the question is, if she downgrade office, will she get all her mails back in outlook 2003? If not, then what may be the solution for the problem? I would also like to bring to your notice the problem because of which she want to downgrade. She is using jaws 14.0.6005 lisence copy with windows XP OS. In excell 2007, when she press f2 to edit a cell and navigate with arrow keys, jaws anounces only blank blank and not the content of the cell. Where as, in office 2003 it is working perfectly. She did all possible settings recommended by freedomscientific but still it is not working. So if possible please tri to provide any solution about this problem also so that she could continue her work on office 7. Sorry for such a long mail. Anticipating your response at the earlyest.
