You can appeal Deputy governer of RBI. Or you want to registered the
complain in consumer forum then grievance should not more than 2 year old.

I wanted to know the procedure for filing a case in the consumer court.
Can it be done online?
I had certain issues with my account with ICICI Bank. I have followed up
the case to the levelof the bank ombudsman who has given the decision in
the favour of the bank.
However, I feel justice has not been done to me and now I want to take the
issue to the consumer court.
Please help.
