visual impairments, for example, may miss out on important information
shared on social media if it's not made accessible.
That's why Saksham, with support from Meta, has launched its campaign,
‘Leveraging Social Media Accessibility for All. The goal of this campaign
is to promote accessibility on social media platforms and ensure that
everyone can enjoy their benefits, regardless of their ability.

As part of this campaign, NAB Delhi is organising a webinar on "Social
Media for All'' to be held on Saturday, the 8th of April, 2023, 4 pm
onwards. The webinar will focus on discussing accessibility features on
social media platforms, best practices for creating and managing social
media accounts, and tips for engaging with others on social media.

Reading is one of the best habits an individual can inculcate into
their lives. Books are known to be a person’s best friend for a
reason. They help us build our imagination, gain knowledge and enhance
our creative abilities. According to an article published in Time
Magazine, we must read for at least half-n-hour everyday.
But as a visually impaired person, one faces a lot of problems finding
books in an accessible format. Our webinar series intends to solve
this problem.
