Re: [AI] Why there is very little place for Persons with disabilities in the bills which were passed yesterday?
Kanchan mam, It means our community may get some protection from crime. I have read the entire content and found that there is a special mention for women and children. I think the law makers should have consider PWD also. Women and children with disabilities are more vulnerable sections. These are the 3 Bills mainly dealing with criminal matters. The Bills will go through many steps and procedures before they become law. Union Home Minister and Minister of Cooperation, Shri Amit Shah introduces the Bhartiya Nyaya Sanhita Bill 2023, the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita Bill, 2023 and the Bharatiya Sakshya Bill, 2023 in the Lok Sabha, yesterday.
