If your computer has wireless card it can be found under network and sharing 
centre/change adopter settings/WiFI on win seven or later.  Under windows xp, 
it can be found under network connections/

Dear sheikh, If I try to connect Wi Fi directly from my mobile, it ask
for my user name and password in welcome page, which is not at all
accessible with talks. If talks is on, it doesn't allow to be typed
anything in edit boxes, in spite of pressing enter in edit box nothing
gets typed. I want to use internet connection on my mobile, therefore
I thought if this software makes my Laptop as wi fi spot and I could
connect my mobile through it with out entering user name and password
on welcome page.

Dear sheikh, If I try to connect Wi Fi directly from my mobile, it ask
for my user name and password in welcome page, which is not at all
accessible with talks. If talks is on, it doesn't allow to be typed
anything in edit boxes, in spite of pressing enter in edit box nothing
gets typed. I want to use internet connection on my mobile, therefore
I thought if this software makes my Laptop as wi fi spot and I could
connect my mobile through it with out entering user name and password
on welcome page.

Your university conection is established by your wireless local area network 
(wlan).  You should select that connection.  Yes.  if your university's server 
is implemented the VPN policies you will have to select the VPN card.

Still unable to connect. Say for e.g. the name of my WI FI connection
is SSS1 WI-FI, I am entering this name into the edit box of name, then
password as desired by me, then  in connection, it is saying, work
connection, anyways I am selecting it, then start. But I am unable to
connect my Nokia N79 through it. It says data transfer failed.

Yes.  name is the display name of your WiFI access point which will be created 
on your computer.  For instance, mohib, displays your WiFi connection's name as 
mohib.  Password is the security of your newly created WiFI access point.  Give 
your desired password which should be minimum 8 characters.  Then there is an 
edit combo where you have to select your connection which is to be shared such 
as your dialup connection or any usually found under network and sharing centre 
under win seven and network connections under windows xp.Select the 
connection and then that ten is the nax munber of connections.  Just you can 
set it your desired numbers in order to limit the connections and then say 
start.  The list of ip addresses are shown under list view.  Only those who 
receive your password they only will be able to connect. So there is no 
security risks.
