in the draft prepared by DoPT, there is no mention of the reservation for PWDs in case of promotion of Group A and B: even the Honb'e Supreme Court of India has directed the Govt. to provide reservation in case of Group A and B posts. DoPT is asking for suggestions vide its OM dated 22.06.17 in which it is mentioned that the case of reservation in promotion of Group A and B posts is subjudice: however, as I know the verdict was delivered in 2016. Senior and learned members are requested to look into the issue as all the efforts of our fellow beings for getting reservation in promotion for Group A and B posts will be in a deep well after issuance of the above mentioned instructions.
