Hi, ask the same branch to give the address of their superiors from
whom they did not get the permission. Please try to obtain the address
of the department concerned with Net banking/mobile banking/ATM in the
head office of the Bank of Baroda. Please write a letter to the
concerned authorities stating your problems and the circular from RBI
enclosed with it.
