Dear Sir, Your desire to ask new members to give a proper introduction of themselves is laudable but I must take exception at the language used to express the desire. I believe that you could have worded your request a bit more diplomatically. When I first read your mail, the tone sounded harsh to me and so, I felt that I should point it out to you. If the new members also feel that they are being harshly treated, they might stop posting on the list and this would defeat the purpose for which the list was started. As for this particular mail, Ms. Nikita Vaid is a vision impaired individual residing in Mumbai. Since childhood, she has not let her blindness stop her. She was the first blind student to appear for the Bachelor of Management Studies Entrance exam and she successfully cleared the exam. She completed her Bachelor of Management Studies from Mulund College of Commerce and topped the college in her final year.
