Re: [AI] issues facing with JAWS19 while reading pdf files
Yes I was also facing the same problem but I thought of downgrading it and installed adobe reader 11 and importantly after the installation of Adobe reader 11 when you open it for the first time there is some initial setup wizard. Here I just selected "skip setup and use recommended settings". Since then it is working fine even after it gets updated automatically Thanks and best regards, Ali Sent from my iPhone From: AccessIndia on behalf of sampath raj rao Sent: Wednesday, May 29, 2019 6:52 PM To: AccessIndia: a list for discussing accessibility and issues concerning the disabled. Re: [AI] issues facing with JAWS19 while reading pdf files
Shyam, using the pdf restriction remover is very simple. Once you install this piece of software, you don't have to do anything extra. Just locate your cursor on any pdf file and press the application key, the very first of 2nd option will be "Remove Restrictions" and press the enter key, and, once it removes all restrictions, it will prompt you to open the file. After applying this there will be two copies of the same file, the original one, and the one it created with all restrictions removed. You can choose to keep or not to keep the original file. (Please note it may ask for a password if the file is password protected). The software will cost you around $9.9. The direct link to visit the site and download the same is given below. http://www.a-pdf.com/security/restrictions_remover.htm Thanks. - Original Message - From: "Shyam Sunder Singh" To: "'AccessIndia: a list for discussing accessibility and issues concerning the disabled.'"
