Hi,

There might be two reasons for this message.

1. Your PC is not compatible with Windows10 yet. Check Windows10
documentation to check if this is the case.
2. Windows updates are being pushed in batches, and so it is possible
that it's just taking a while. if that's the case, and if you can't
wait,  would advise registering on the Microsoft Insiders program so
that you can get your copy of the OS instantaneously.

I am using windows7 professional 32bit original HP laptop
I would like to go update my system in to windows10
But when ever I am tried to update through notification area it is shown
