I know we can use these things in mobile as wel, but it doesn't look professional when you have to listen some notation in a meeting and looking at your mobile phone. I am looking a digital book reader with physical buttons and able to be connected to bluetooth headset. It will also help me in giving presentations in conferences with out actually looking at my mobile phone and carry laptop to the presentation desk. Simply i would be able to listen main points of my presentation through my open ear headset with the help of digital e book reader.
