friends, wether this is a guidelines or an order. wether this guidelines has to folllow for all states in india. because while writing TET exam last year DEO rejected to give extra time and i was given 9th class studentt as scribe. these guidelines are one more blueprint scrap. Nothing is coming out, no one is adopting these guidelines.
