I guess there are watershed management projects going on by org. Such as
NAREGA and Vasundhara.
DO NOT KNOW THE RESULT OF SUCH ACTIVITIES THOUGH.

  मनोज पांचाळ जे कार्य करणार आहेत त्या बद्दल तर मला ही त्याची महिती
 द्यावी। जेणे करून आम्हीही त्यांना काही मदत करू शकतो।

A Supreme Court judgment projects the historical thesis that India is
largely a country of old immigrants and that pre-Dravidian aborigines,
ancestors of the present Adivasis, rather than Dravidians, were the
original inhabitants of India.

*If North America is predominantly made up of new immigrants, India is
largely a country of old immigrants, which explains its tremendous
diversity. It follows that tolerance and equal respect for all communities
and sects are an absolute imperative if we wish to keep India united. If it
was believed at one time that Dravidians were the original inhabitants of
India, that view has since been considerably modified. Now the generally
accepted belief is that the pre-Dravidian aborigines, that is, the
ancestors of the present tribals or Adivasis (Scheduled Tribes), were the
original inhabitants. This is the thesis put forward in a judgment
delivered on January 5, 2011 by a Supreme Court of India Bench
comprising **Justice
Markandey Katju** and **Justice Gyan Sudha Misra**. This historical
disquisition came in Criminal Appeal No. 11 of 2011, arising out of Special
Leave Petition No. 10367 of 2010 in *Kailas  Others versus State of

 संबधित प्रत्येक विषयावर चर्चा होणे अपेक्षित आहे. त्या साठी अगदी टोकाची
 भूमिका घेण्य पेक्षा सर्व समावेशक/सकारात्मक/मार्गदर्शक असे विचार पसरविण्या
 साठी आपले सहकार्य अपेक्षित आहे.

 या ग्रुप वर सगळ्या विचार सरणी ची माणसे आहेत, आपल्यांना सगळ्यात आदिवासी
 जीवन संस्कृती बद्दल जागरुकता करण्या साठी प्रयत्न करायचे आहेत. कारण सध्या या
 जगाला जाती मध्ये वाटण्या पेक्षा आदिवासी जीवनसंस्कृतीचे विचार निसर्ग आणि
 मानव यांच्या हिताचे आहेत. आणि आदिवासी समाजात त्यांची सांस्कृतिक ओळखीची
 जाणीव, पोटा पाण्याचे प्रश्न अस्तित्वाचे प्रश्न या साठी प्रयत्न करूया

 गणेश चतुर्थीला स्वागताला आणि अनंत चतुर्दशीला निरोप देताना, गणपतीला
 उद्देशून आपण 'गणपतीबाप्पा मोरया' अशी हाक देत असतो. अशी हाक का दिली जाते?
 त्यामागचं रहस्य काय? हे जाणून घेताना, भारताच्या प्राचीन मातृसंस्कृतीतील
 पुरावे, अवशेष तपासावे लागतात. कारण गणपती म्हणजे 'गणाची प्रमुख' (पती) ही
 संकल्पना मातृसंस्कृतीतून पुढे आलेली आहे. भारतातील प्राचीन-अतिप्राचीन
 संस्कृती ही मातृप्रधान होती, हे आता सर्वमान्य झालेलं सत्य आहे.

 अपत्यसंभवामध्ये पुरुषाचंही योगदान असतं, हे सत्य स्त्री-पुरुषास ठाऊक
 नसण्याचा काळ हजारो वर्षांचा होता. तोपर्यंत मूल जन्माला घालणारी माता ही
 आपोआपच टोळीबाबत निर्णय घेणारी, अन्नपदार्थ वाटून देणारी, औषधोपचार करणारी,
 अरिष्टापासून वाचवणारी अशी प्रमुख मानली जात होती. संस्कृतमध्ये 'मा' म्हणजे
 वाटप करणे यावरून 'माता' असं संबोधन स्त्रीला आणि 'दोहन' म्हणजे दूध काढणे
 यावरून 'दुहिता' हे संबोधन त्या मातेच्या कन्येला आहे. या वस्तुस्थितीतून पुढे
 स्त्री-प्रधान टोळी-अवस्था उदयाला आली. या मातृप्रधान टोळ्या प्रथमार्धात जगात
 सर्वत्र होत्या. परंतु त्या काळात भटक्या, शिकारी अवस्थेतील जंगली
 पुरुष-टोळ्यासुद्धा जगात सर्वत्र होत्या. त्यांच्या हल्ल्यात जगातील अनेक

1 Do u have any idea abt Pre-Examination Coaching Centres sponsored by
Gov. for tribals .  Is it in Dahanu/Jawhar ?


Accordign to this scheme, Courses for which the coaching will be imparted
shall be as follows:

(a) Civil Services Examination/State Civil Services Examination.

(b) Entrance Exams for Medical, Engineering, MBA and other professional
 courses.

(c) Other exams conducted by U.P.S.C. like CDS, NDA, etc./Staff Selection
Commission Exams/Subordinated/Lower Subordinate Services Exam,
Central Excise, etc.
(d) BSRBs/RRBs, General Insurance Corporation, etc.
