Una llicència pseudo-lliure, en la qual la llibertat
es garanteix només en països en vies de
desenvolupament. Una forma de potenciar el treball en
països en vies de desenvolupament, garantint les
llibertats entre ells i posant restriccions amb les
relacions amb països desenvolupats. En el cas dels
països desenvolupats els drets atorgats són zero.

The Developing Nations license allows you to invite a
wide range of royalty-free uses of your work in
developing nations while retaining your full copyright
in the developed world.

1. Definitions

c. Developing Nation means any nation that is not
classified as a high-income enconomy by the World
Bank.

3. License Grant. Subject to the terms and conditions
of this License, Licensor hereby grants You a
worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual (for
the duration of the applicable copyright or subject to
Section 7(a)) license to exercise the rights in the
Work, in any Developing Nation, solely within the
geographic territory of one or more Developing
Nations, as stated below:

4. Restrictions

c. The Work and any Derivative Works and Collective
Works may only be exported to other Developing
Nations, but may not be exported to countries
classified as high income by the World Bank.
d. This License does not authorize making the Work,
any Derivative Works or any Collective Works publicly
available on the Internet unless reasonable measures
are undertaken to verify that the recipient is located
in a Developing Nation, such as by requiring
recipients to provide name and postal mailing address,
or by limiting the distribution of the Work to
Internet IP addresses within a Developing Nation.

 Sí, i fa falta.  Me n'adono cada pic que es vol aprofundir en el tema.
 La majoria usam les llicències sense dominar el detall fi.  Aquí una

bé, em penso que un dels mèrits de la CC és la sempla simplicitat. Amb una
lectura atenta una persona més o menys normal l'entèn sense masses problemes.
Com a mínim si es llegueix la versió en anglès...

De res, s'ha de notar el postgrau de la UOC, no? Sense ànims de fer 
propaganda, l'assignatura d'aspectes legals és molt interessant. Els 
informàtics no tenim una mínima formació legal sobre la nostra feina.

Moltes gràcies per les explicacions en català, feien falta --no les
vaig trobar.  Les he posat al bloc, així no només hi ha la llicència
resumida en anglès.
