Re: IP exclusion using Adwords API with .net console code

2017-07-11 Thread 'Peter Oliquino' via AdWords API Forum
Hi,

You may refer to the AddCampaignTargetingCritera

 example
for the structure of the code. You may then use the IpBlock

 criterion
instead. Let me know if this helps.

Thanks and regards,
Peter

How to recognise a Smart Display Campaign

2017-07-11 Thread Ilya Bezmenov
Hello,

I try to get all account's campaigns except smart ones. Is there any way to
do that? I just need not to try to mutate immutable things, such as Smart
display campaigns, for example. So, I need a method to recognise them. Is
it correct to assume that AdvertisingChannelSubType == UNKNOWN is a sign
that a campaign is not manageable via API?

Thanks!

IP exclusion using Adwords API with .net console code

2017-07-11 Thread SK. MOHTASIM BILLAH
Hello,

I've been looking for code which will guide me how to use AdWordsApi.cs
class in dot net console application. Specially what I want is to use ip
block criterion, from my application. There are many ip addresses which I
want to block but not using google interface but using api through my .net
application.

Thanks

 Hi,

That error indicates that the user associated with the OAuth2 access
token in the request does not have access to the account in the
*clientCustomerId* SOAP header. Two common causes for this are:

 1. The OAuth2 refresh token was obtained while logged in as an MCC, but
that MCC no longer has access to the client account.
 2. When obtaining the OAuth2 refresh token you (or the user who went
through the flow) were logged into some other Google account that does not
have access to the client account. You will be able to get a refresh token
(or access token) for the AdWords scope regardless of whether the user has
an AdWords account since the OAuth2 flow does not check if an AdWords
account exists for the user -- it merely grants access to the AdWords
 scope
 for that user.

Also, the developer token has *no impact* on authorization. A valid
OAuth2 access token can be used to make API requests against your account
using *any* developer token, as the developer token is not part of the
 OAuth2 flow.

Re: Possible to select multiple QueryMatchTypeWithVariant in AWQL query?

2017-07-11 Thread 'Shwetha Vastrad (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hi Jonas,

You can use the IN operator and provide a list predicate values in the
query to check if the field is equal to one of the given values. The
predicate should look something like this:

WHERE QueryMatchTypeWithVariant IN ["BROAD", "PHRASE"]

The formal AWQL grammar is provided here

.

Re: How can I get cost(spend) per campaign through AdWords Java API?

2017-07-11 Thread 'Shwetha Vastrad (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hi,

You need to use AdWords API reports
 to get
the performance statistics associated with your AdWords account. You need
to download a Campaign Performance Report

 to
get statistics aggregated at the campaign level. You need to include "Cost"
in the report query to get the cost

associated with your campaigns in the response. The
DownloadCriteriaReportWithAwql

 Java
example shows how to download a Criteria Performance Report
.

You can use this example as a reference to download different report types.
Example code in other languages is provided here
. The reporting
guide
provides
more details on using AdWords API to download reports.

Regards,
Shwetha, AdWords API Team.

Re: Call Ad Extension: Retrieve full list across all campaigns

2017-07-11 Thread 'Shwetha Vastrad (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hi Mario,

You need to use FeedItemService.get()

 to
get the list of FeedItems in your Call Extensions feed. You can then use
these FeedItems to create the CampaignExtensionSetting

by using the FeedItemId

 in
the CallFeedItem
.

A sample code snippet is provided here

 which
shows how to add a campaign extension by populating the FeedItemId in the
SitelinkFeedItem. You need to perform a similar operation using
CallFeedItem.

Regards,
Shwetha, AdWords API Team.

Possible to select multiple QueryMatchTypeWithVariant in AWQL query?

2017-07-11 Thread Jonas Bolin
Hello everyone,

I would like to create an AWQL query which returns only BROAD and PHRASE
matched search queries. AWQL doesn't support the OR operator, but is there
a way to circumvent this, other than making a request for each type?

Thanks, and summer greetings from Stockholm!

Re: How to Remove Account Access from MCC

2017-07-11 Thread 'Shwetha Vastrad (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API Forum
Hi Ronak,

The procedure to unlink an account created via ManagedCustomerService is
the same. You need to use ManagedCustomerService.mutateLink()

method and set the LinkStatus

to INACTIVE to unlink an account. Every account must have either a user
with administrative access or a manager account with administrative
ownership. If you try to unlink an account which doesn't have either of
these, the operation will not be successful and you'll encounter
ManagedCustomerServiceError.CANNOT_UNLINK_ACCOUNT_WITHOUT_ACTIVE_USER error.

Shwetha, AdWords API Team.

Re: Shopping Performance Report returns same product twice

2017-07-11 Thread Marc P
Hi Thanet,

any updates on this issue?

We are still having many problems due to this.

At the very least, it would be helpful to get a date range per row in the
response, so we can now at what times the ID performed good and at what
times not so good.

Cheers
Marc

Call Ad Extension: Retrieve full list across all campaigns

2017-07-11 Thread Mario Bianchi Vivern
I'm trying to get the full list of phone numbers no matter which campaign
(if any) they are assigned to with no luck. Tried using a selector with
CustomerExtensionSettingPage but that returned 0
entries. CampaignExtensionSettingPage only returns me number that is
assigned to campaigns. Basically I want to check if the feeditem exists,
then assign to the campaign if found

GEO PERFORMANCE_REPORT contains clicks which cannot be found in the CLICK_PERFORMANCE_REPORT

2017-07-11 Thread sean . blumenfeld
Hi Adwords Team,

We are a little puzzled about the following, thanks in advance for any
guidance you can provide.

Context:

We are trying to merge merge two adwords API datasets
GEO_PERFORMANCE_REPORT and CLICK_PERFORMANCE_REPORT to produce a result
which is at click level with spend from the GEO report apportioned evenly
to clicks from the click report.

Issue:

What we find is that there is some spend being recorded in the geo report
that doesn't have any corresponding clicks in the click report. We find
that for 20% of the cost coming from the GEO report we cannot find any
corresponding click data in the click report

Please do let me know what else you need from me in order to explain the
discrepancy we are seeing. I can provide you with some examples if
necessary.

Regards,
Sean

Re: Expanded Dynamic Search Ads using AdGroupAdService V201705

2017-07-11 Thread Matthew Wight
Is this just in the ad performance report? I have my app building out
default dynamic ads and it needs to be able to check if those ads currently
exist in the adgroup. In the past I have just used the AdGroupAdService and
they have returned but switching to the expanded its not liking it as far
as I can tell

Hi,

Have no worries as your English is good. To better investigate the issue,
could you provide to me your clientCustomerId and the SOAP request and
response when you encountered this issue? If you have yet to enable SOAP in
your client library, you may do so by referring to this guide
. You
may reply using *Reply privately to author*.

Pulling custom columns metric using AdWords API

2017-07-11 Thread Denis Zakharych
Hello,

Is it possible to pull custom columns metric using AdWords API?

In other words, if a custom column calculated metric is created, can it be
accessed through AdWords API? If so, is there any reference to it
at https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/appendix/reports/all-reports?

Much appreciated!

Best regards,
Denis

Can i get ads by adwords API

2017-07-11 Thread Agence 1984
Good day and forgiveness for my bad English.

I developed an adwords API interface in PHP. Everything worked perfectly but
after 4 days and especially overnight, I could not retrieve my active ads. The
only ones I can see are those removed.

When I go back with my test account it works. I do not understand.

However, I can retrieve ad keyword reports, ad group names ... anything but ads.

I have not received any suspension messages. I am very far from exceeding the
quotas! My account is active with an approved basic access.

Thank you for your help !
