Re: Adwords API limits

2018-08-07 Thread 'Dannison Yao (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi,

The limits are normally associated to mutate operations only of the AdWords
API.

If you have further clarifications about Rate Limits, you may open a new
thread regarding your concern.

 Omri,

The System Limits documentation is located here:

 https://developers.google.com/ adwords / api / docs / appendix / Limits

You will not see any kind of rate limits there as the AdWords API rate
limits are dynamic. It is expected that all clients properly back off
if the current rate limit is exceeded. A RateExceededError is thrown
if a client exceeds the rate limit.

 Hope this answers your question.

I'm afraid that the Impression Share Lost (Rank) is not available for
Product Partition Report. The ContentRankLostImpressionShare

Let me know if you have further clarifications.

Hi Bryan,

Could you tell if you are encountering any errors when running the
FeedItemTargetService

Also, could you clarify if you are using the BatchJobService

 for
this operation? If so, to better investigate your issue, could you provide
your batch job ids as well as your clientCusttomerId?

If not, could you provide the complete SOAP request and response logs when

Re: Basic Access Daily Reporting Quota before reaching 1000 daily reports download

2018-08-07 Thread 'Peter Oliquino (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Guy,

Currently, the AdWords API does not support a counter functionality that
would allow users to keep track on the number of request they make for
reports or services. Our recommendation would be that you implement a
request counter/tracker on your end and you can base the limits to monitor
from our rate sheet
. I hope this
helps.

Cannot properly create FeedItemAdGroupTarget in bulk upload with negative reference keys (PHP v201806)

2018-08-07 Thread Bryan
Hi, I have been working on upgrading existing working code to the latest
PHP API library (v201806), and a part of this development work is dealing
with creating FeedItemAdGroupTarget's for new ad groups that I am
uploading. When using a negative reference key on the FeedItemAdGroupTarget
for both the feedItemId and the adGroupId, it looks like the FeedItem gets
created but without any targeting. The order in the bulk upload is Ad Group
> FeedItem > FeedItemAdGroupTarget. Please let me know what other
information you may need to help.

Thanks

Basic Access Daily Reporting Quota before reaching 1000 daily reports download

2018-08-07 Thread Guy Schlider
Hi all,

I can't really find a way to debug and find out how many API Calls my app
made, but I'm pretty sure it didn't reach the 1000 reports download / day
in any case.

How can I check It / avoid it?

Currently we are stuck with old data as we can't get it to work.

Thanks

Re: ocid in https://adwords.google.com URL's

2018-08-07 Thread Jens
Deep linking to the AdWords management UI has been a topic for so many
years.
With the old interface it was at least possible to deep link to a search
result: https://adwords.google.com/mcm/Mcm?#c.ac:s._123-456-7890
This has also gone now with the new interface.
You're making the life of resellers and multi account managers really hard.
These people are spending so much money on Google Ads and even such a
simple feature cannot be done?

Please add some way to deep link from external management systems directly
to the Ads UI again.

Thanks, Jens

Re: Negative Keywords date added

2018-08-07 Thread 'Bharani Cherukuri (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hello Mihai,

Through the API, it is currently not possible to pull the negative keywords
list for last 90 days. Please note that Date is a segment field and
segmenting the API reports by Date
,

will automatically segment the rows by day on which statistics such as
impressions and clicks were generated. It is not possible to identify the
keywords that were added during a date range using the reports. As negative
keywords do not have any stats, checking for impressions > 0 also will not
be helpful.

On the other hand, you will be able to use CampaignCriterionService.get()

 to
pull the NegativeCampaignCriterion

 attributes
for the negative keywords. Please note that service does not let you filter
the keywords added during a date range or within specified days. You could
try to log the creation date at your end when you create a new keyword.
That way, you will be able to get the list of keywords which were added in
a given duration. To get additional details or stats for those keywords,
you could later use the AdWords API reports or services.

We will not be able to comment on how Wordstream is pulling this data. You
will have to check with their support team regarding this.

Thanks,
Bharani, AdWords API Team

Re: Can we request huge amount of keywords?

2018-08-07 Thread 'Milind Sankeshware (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Kimiaki,

The BatchJobSerive won't help you as you are looking for
TargetingIdeaService.get()
.

This is most applicable on mutate() calls. In your case, for 100k keywords,
you will need to run 143 operation. There are two types of rate limit.
Depending on what type of rate limits you are getting, you may need to
handle the rate limit error. Please find the details below:

   1. DEVELOPER scope: If you have a developer token with basic access and
is facing rate limit error with DEVELOPER scope, you can submit this form

 to
request for standard access. With standard access, you will be able to
execute an unlimited number of API operations and report downloads per day.
For more information please refer to this guide

   .
   2. ACCOUNT scope: If you encounter rate limits with ACCOUNT scope, you
will need to wait for at-least the specified time in the
"retryAfterSeconds" parameter and retry in their request. The only
workaround to handle the rate limit errors at ACCOUNT scope is to wait and
retry. For more information please refer to this guide

   .

You may use sleep function in between two operations.

Thanks,
Milind, AdWords API Team

Re: About UAC ads

2018-08-07 Thread 'Bharani Cherukuri (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hello Jia,

If you select the OPTIMIZE_FOR_IN_APP_CONVERSION_VOLUME goal type, then you
will need to specify your in-app conversion types so AdWords can focus your
campaign on people who are most likely to complete the corresponding in-app
actions. You will be able to use the SelectiveOptimization

 attribute
to set the conversion Id for the conversion type. To get this conversion
Id, you can use the ConversionTrackerService.get()

 which
will return the list of conversion trackers. Please check this section

 of
the guide for more information. You may refer to the code sample in Java

 as
a reference. Code samples in other languages can be found here
.

Hello Jia,

We only address concerns specific to AdWords API on this forum. Through the
API, it is currently not possible to pull the list of application lists.
Since you are looking for an interface that will list the App ids, you
could try posting on the Advertisers Community forum

so
that the product experts there can point you in the right direction.

Link-Checker auf Anzeigengruppenebene - Bei Lagerbestand=0 Anzeigengruppe automatisch pausieren?

2018-08-07 Thread Yasmin Weber
Hallo Zusammen,

Yasmin

Re: Negative Keywords date added

2018-08-07 Thread Mihai Iliescu
Hello Bharani,

I'm trying to get the number of negative keywords added in the last 90
days. I don't need the actual keywords, just how many they are.

Pulling the Keywords Performance Report

 using IsNegative

 and Date
*,

*and includeZeroImpressions set to false returns an empty report, although
I know there are negative keywords added in the last 30 days in that
account.

Wordstream's audit tools appears to be able to pull this data, but I don't
know how.

2018-08-07 Thread 'Luis Xander Talag (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
HI,

To better investigate this, could you provide the complete SOAP request and
response logs when you encountered the issue? Please reply via *Reply
privately to author*.

Thanks and regards,
Luis

Re: CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT with predicate Labels CONTAINS_ANY results in a 500 Internal Server Error

2018-08-07 Thread 'Dannison Yao (AdWords API Team)' via AdWords API and Google Ads API Forum
Hi Jeff,

My apologies for the confusion that the documentation may have caused. This
documentation

 only
pertains that the Label can be used as filter. However, the values used to
filter the said field is done differently and is discussed more in details
in this guide

.

For your second concern, I have tried replicating the issue, however, I did
not encounter the same results with what you encountered. I was able to
encounter the error ERROR_GETTING_RESPONSE_FROM_BACKEND, since it
recognized my predicate as an invalid string filter. Could you confirm if
you are using the same AWQL statement as the one below?

"SELECT CampaignId, Cost, Labels, CampaignStatus, BudgetId, LabelIds FROM
CAMPAIGN_PERFORMANCE_REPORT WHERE Labels CONTAINS_ANY ['Video']"

If yes, let me know if you still encounter the 500 error so I could
investigate this further.

Regards,
Dannison
