Issue with Serve Status of campaign

2020-02-17 Thread Pradeep Datla
Hi,

After Creating a campaign if the ads get disapproved or account gets
suspended, the serve status of the campaign is stuck in "Eligible". But the
serve status through adwords api we are getting serve status as "Serving"
while google is actually not serving the ads.
This is causing an issue for us as in our application it actually shows as
the campaign is currently serving, but in reality it is still in "eligible"
status

How would i determine if a campaign is actually serving ads or not?

Thank You,
Pradeep Datla.

How to get MCC Account Labels at the sub account level? Ads API Beta

2020-02-17 Thread Chris B
HI,

I am working with Ads API Beta and have been able to get each sub account
in our manager account and pull metrics and what not.

However, now I am trying to get the labels that are attached to each sub
account. When I run the below query I get all the labels, but the customer
is always the manager account and I can't seem to find a way to know what
sub accounts have that label attached to it. Additionally, if I try
specifying the sub account I get NULL for labels returned.

"SELECT customer.id, customer.descriptive_name, customer.manager,
customer.resource_name, label.id, label.name, label.status,
label.text_label.description, label.resource_name FROM label"

How can I pull the labels and connect them with the sub accounts that they
are attached to?

Any resources would be extremely helpful, as I have not found anything yet
myself searching around.

Thanks!

Getting this error : Problem sending data to report download server.

2020-02-17 Thread Talha Khan
For Landing Page Report for an advertiser account, I am getting the
following error :

com.google.api.ads.adwords.lib.utils.ReportException: Problem sending data to
report download server.

The report download timeout is 5 minutes, and request contains all the
attributes and metrics for the report.

The issue is it's failing intermittently, and there is no data for the day.

Why would it fail with timeout, when there is no data for the report.

Adgroup Reportig Video Sequence Subtype Campaigns

2020-02-17 Thread Julio Cortazar
Hi ,

I am trying to get a report from the adgroups of a "sequence" subtype video
campaign.
When I make the API call, the answer that it returns to me is always *empty*,
however for other campaign subtypes this doesn't happen.

Please, Can someone help me with this? Any help on this issue would be
greatly appreciated!

Thank you very much.

Julio.

Can placement exclusions lists created on MCC be used through the API?

We have a placement exclusion list on the top level manager account. The
list was shared with the client accounts. Can that list be retrieved
using SharedSetService, and added to campaigns
