Hey ,

I didn't receive any Case ID. I just got the message saying the form has
been submitted and the Ads API compliance team will be reaching out
via email. But I haven't received any email. Please look into this urgently
and help get it resolved

No Response on Standard Access Request

I had applied for Standard access for the Google Ads API couple of times 
for my Google Ads Manager ID - 314-661-7433. 


My product is now live in production with the basic access and the API 
level limits are getting hit. Please look into this and approve my request 
for the standard access ASAP.

you are uploading the already existing click conversion with the same gclid and 
conversion_date_time. Could you please provide us with the below information so 
that we can investigate this issue further on our end.

Mention the GCLID
click_view report for the existing GCLID
Complete API logs (request and response with request-id and request header) 
when you are uploading the duplicate click conversion

If you are using a client library and haven't enabled the logging yet, I would 
request you to enable logging for the specific client library that you are 
using. You can refer to the guides Java, .Net, PHP, Python, Ruby or Perl to 
enable logging at your end. For REST interface requests, you can enable logging 
via the curl command by using the -i flag.

Numerous posts have identified what appears to be a bug with excluding 
countries.  It appears to be limiting to 122.  We are seeing this with the 
API, the offline tool, and the web interface.  

To reproduce, try to bulk add all 217 countries (all but US) to a 
campaign's excluded locations.  It will fail with the message "The number 
of entities exceeds the limit".  It will continue to fail until you reduce 
the list to 122.

Please escalate this to the appropriate devs to investigate.

conversion_date_time , its always passing ( this happens since 2024-03-03 ) 
before that its worked normally ,
we didnt upgraded our infra , using V16 version

Upload Click Conversions with both click ids & user identifiers

Hello,

How should we go about importing click conversions when both clicks ids 
(gclid for instance) AND user identifiers are available?

The documentation 

 
states : "*Don't set [user_identifiers] when uploading conversions using 
only click IDs. If this field is set, Google Ads treats the upload 
operation as an upload for enhanced conversions for leads.*"

However, I tried doing it anyway and the API doesn't throw any partial 
error in the response (or any error at all). Does this mean both *gclid* 
and *user identifiers *will be processed and used for matching by Google?

If that's not the case, does it mean we should make 2 separate 
"uploadClickConversions" calls for one given conversion if we have both 
gclid & user identifiers?

Unable to access customer data

Hi,

I've enabled the Ads API in the cloud console, created a OAuth Consent 
Screen,  created credentials for my Web application and saved the Google 
Ads API OAuth ClientId and Secret for my Projekt. 

When a user is logging in with his Google account into my Application, the 
application is asking for access to the users Ads data and I'm storing the 
users refresh token.

Now I'm trying to list accessible customers from this code example

using my ClientId, Client Secret + the User RefreshToken.

I do not see a Case ID generated when filling the form on (
https://support.google.com/adspolicy/contact/contact_ads_api). Neither did 
I receive any automated emails with acknowledgement.

