Generating Keyword Ideas : What is considered relevant?
Hello, I'm posting based on the service, TargetingIdeaService. Every time I enter a seed keyword, my output returns a list of new ideas ordered by relevance. This is great! But I also wanted to know exactly how is "relevance" being calculated? My understanding so far is that relevance is determined by Google's own secret formula. If so, I can understand that. I am more so interested in what separates the first new idea from the second new idea and so on. To illustrate, let's say I input "keyboard" as my seed with zero filter parameters and one input parameter of RelatedToQuerySearchParameter. That will return a list of ideas ordered by relevance : "piano keyboard", "wireless keyboard", and so on. Why is "piano keyboard" first returned, then "wireless keyboard"? Any answers will be appreciated. By the way, this is my first time posting so excuse me if my question doesn't fall under the Forum's focus. -- -- =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ Also find us on our blog and Google+: https://googleadsdeveloper.blogspot.com/ https://plus.google.com/+GoogleAdsDevelopers/posts =~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~=~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "AdWords API Forum" group.
