I would like to setup a Bid modifier, but I got RangeError.TOO_HIGH 
exception, could you please help?

StringRuleItem length for AdwordsUserListService

Hi Google Team!

I would like to ask you about the maximum length of a StringRuleItem 
connected to UserLists (
https://developers.google.com/adwords/api/docs/reference/v201809/AdwordsUserListService.StringRuleItem
)

I got StringLengthError.TOO_LONG exception, could you please tell me what 
is the maximum length of a StringRuleItem value? 

Currently the maximum length is 94 for me. It would be great to know the 
limitations. 

Other question, what should I do when I would like to pass 94 characters 
length string, and got this TOO_LONG exception?

Hi Google AdWords  (Google Ads) Team!

I would like to ask you about Dynamic HTML5 ads and feed items. I have 
created a Dynamic HTML5 Ad and a Custom feed is assigned to a Campaign and 
to the Ad. 

Questions:
How Google AdWords decides which feed items will be shown in the Dynamic 
HTML5 Ad? 
Is it possible to mark some feed items as featured (those feed items will 
be shown every time, for e.g: something is marked as featured and that feed 
item will be the first in the carousel?), is there any way to do this?
