I'm a little confused by the required minimum functionality section so please tell me if I have this correct.
If I plan on using the tool for my business only it's an internal tool and it doesn't need to provide all of the min functionality features but if one client can use any part of my product that uses that API I have to implement all of the required features outlined? Currently my tool is focused just on bid optimizations and very little campaign/ad group functionality is built but I want to allow potential clients access to this bid tool.
