Hi,

I am not asking about issue in AW UI.
I provided you the query, in that query’s response, there is no such info to 
indicate the Lead form status.
I think this is an API error.

  1.  I didn’t mention about Purchase conversion action. There is no goal 
category in that screenshot.
  2.  When I enable the check box Custom Acquisition, there is no new 
conversion is created in Conversion management.
I don’t understand what you explained.
Can you explain it once more time?

Store Visit data from Google ads API returns NaN

Hi,

I am currently working on Store Visit data and I retrieve these data from 
Google API at a Keyword level x Match Type.
The issue I have is that I do not understand what NaNs mean for Store Visit 
data. Indeed, some Keywords have a real value (including 0) and some 
Keywords have a NaN value. It could happen that the same Keyword has a real 
value for a given match type and a NaN value for another match type.
Hence, I don't know how to interpret these NaN values for Store Visit Data. 

Can someone give me insights about it ?

I refer this documentation to create multiple conversions in Adwords 
campaign:

1 conversion is working fine. But more than 1 conversion is generating 
error: CampaignError.CAMPAIGN_CANNOT_SET_MORE_THAN_ONE_CONVERSION_TYPE_ID

In Adwords UI, we can create multiple conversion action sets. I cannot find 
any documentation guide this.

Hi Josh,

Thank you for  clarifying that for me, what i am trying to do with it is 
get the customerId to display for the user, so they can see which adword 
account has been connected, can you maybe point me in the right direction 
for which API function to use for that, so it works for all accounts?

I verify that the credentials i am using in the request produce an empty 
response for accounts that are not linked to MCCs. :)

Unable to access some authorized clients

We are unable to access some of our clients who authorize us to manage 
their account using the API, while others work perfectly well.
We are mostly using the OfflineConversion API, but for testing a specific 
client we are having troubles with I am executing get_account_hierarchy.pl 
which returns No serviced accounts were found.. We do have the required 
tokens. What does this error mean, and how do we fix it?

AuthenticationError.CLIENT_CUSTOMER_ID_IS_REQUIRED using upload_offline_conversions

Hi

I am using a script very similar to upload_offline_conversions.pl with 
v201409
a difference is that i am setting the oauth handler in the script:

my $client = Google::Ads::AdWords::Client-new({version = 
v201409});
$client-set_developer_token($clientSettings-{developer_token});

$client-get_oauth_2_handler()-set_client_id($clientSettings-{client_id});

$client-get_oauth_2_handler()-set_client_secret($clientSettings-{client_secret});

$client-get_oauth_2_handler()-set_access_token($agent-{access_token});

$client-get_oauth_2_handler()-set_refresh_token($agent-{refresh_token});

it works fine in v201406 but in v201409 i am getting this error: 
AuthenticationError.CLIENT_CUSTOMER_ID_IS_REQUIRED

get_name error on OfflineConversionFeed (Perl)

When im trying to use the UploadConversion API to upload offline 
conversions I get the following error, when the result is supposed to be 
displayed:
Can't locate object method get_value via package 
Google::Ads::AdWords::v201402::OfflineConversionFeed.

It seems like some of the conversions are getting into AdWords (25 of 62), 
but i can't see what is happening.

QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP_USER_INFO_PENDING

I started receiving the following error when making any API request at
exactly today.
INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP_USER_INFO_REJECTED

Soon after that I logged into my account to find that my developer
token
status had changed from Approved to Rejected with an option to re-
apply.

Now my account is Pending approval after re-submitting the developer
token
application.

Now it's QuotaCheckError.INCOMPLETE_SIGNUP_USER_INFO_PENDING

My account do...@xloo.com has be active for several months and my
billing account is
current and up to date so any insight or help from someone from the
AdWords
API team would be greatly appreciated.

We had the exact same problem this morning as well.  I went ahead and 
reapplied, but the token still gives the same answer.
