Hi Zeus, To get the client accounts under a manager account, you will need to make sure that the client customer Id in the request header is set to the manager account. If this does not fix your issue, could you please enable logging and share the complete SOAP logs including the header so that I can take a look? You could use *reply privately to author *while sharing the logs. Can't list the managed customers
Hi, I'm having some troubles listing the customers in the API. In the web console, I can see accounts connected but when I can't list them in the API (no error, just no elements returned). I am using the ManagedCustomerService to retrieve this list. Any idea why I am getting an empty response? Can't list the managed customers
Hi, I'm having some troubles trying to get the list of managed customers.
