I filled the form on Monday last week. You said it could take up to two 
business days.
I haven't got any answer from your side. My token is still enabled for Test 
Account Access.

Please, help to get Basic Access.

tokens as well. The approval process takes about 2 business days to finish, so 
in the meantime, please monitor your inbox or spam for an email from the API 
Compliance Team. If you do not hear back from them within that time, you can

Hello,

I got the same error when I try to open a link "Apply for Basic Access" 
(the same for Standard Access Form).
I've tried open it in a new Chrome incognito window. It doesn't help.

Do you mean, A is a Production Manager account with Test access and B is a 
Test Manager Account? If yes, then under A, you can locate the Developer 
token and Access level under the API Access tab in your AdWords MCC account 
after clicking AdWords API Center under Tools, Setting and billing icon. 
Then, apply from that account for standard access 
 
or 
by filling out this form 
. API compliance 
team will get back to you via the email address mentioned as API contact 
email under AdWords API Center of your MCC account within a business day 
after submitting the form. Also, note that any approved developer token can 
be used to make API calls against any AdWords account. Let me know if you 
have any further questions.

To apply for standard access please follow the instructions listed in this 
guide 

. 

If you are getting rate limit errors with Developer scope, you can apply 
for standard access. Once you have your access approved, you can make 
unlimited API operations and unlimited report downloads per day. If you are 
getting rate limit errors with Account scope, upgrading the access to 
standard access will not help. You will need to slow down 
 
and 
retry the request after the time specified in retryAfterSeconds 
.
 
You could also, look into the best practices 

 to 
avoid the rate limit errors. Let me know if you have any questions.
