When using a test account, you can have mock data. More information on how to 
test with test accounts can be found here.

Sandbox or Sample Data for Campaign Performance

Hi

Is there a way to get sample performance data for campaigns for development 
and testing. I want to get data like Clicks, Impressions, Avg CPC, cost, 
search terms, gender, age, etc.,
The campaigns we create in Test account does not have any data and we are 
looking for sample data for different scenarios.
