Re: [AFMUG] 450 no sync
The internal GPS antenna on those models wasn't great, having a big metal case on one side of it doesn't help. Better to add external sync, uGPS or the like. Ok, as it turns out a reboot didn't fix it but a power cycle did ;-) Sent from my iPhone > On 18 Sep 2017, at 5:15 pm, Rhys Cuff (Latrobe I.T)> wrote: > > Hello > > I am using a 3.6ghz 450 with internal sync. > It now is not syncing. > > Sync pulse source says “Searching” > Onboard GPS says “No Sync” > GPS Receiver says “Acquiring GPS Information...” > > Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? > > Thanks > > Rhys > > >
[AFMUG] 450 no sync
Hello I am using a 3.6ghz 450 with internal sync. It now is not syncing. Sync pulse source says "Searching" Onboard GPS says "No Sync" GPS Receiver says "Acquiring GPS Information..." Does anyone have any ideas on how to fix this? Thanks Rhys
[AFMUG] 450 onBoard sync vs CMM4 sync
Is it possible that a 450 AP's internal GPS sync would/could conflict with the GPS sync of a CMM4? Shouldn't they continue to work together? I'm feeling out a problem we're seeing and I want to rule out sync as the cause. Timothy McNabb Network Administrator Velociter Wireless, Inc (209)838-1221 x107
