Re: [AFMUG] Best Radios (Licensed) for 2 gig
Hi Mitch, Cambium 820c will do this, provided you can coordinate the frequenciesrequired. As others suggested, you probably want to go with lower 6 GHz with 60 MHz channels. This will need to be a 4+0 configuration for 2 gig, but you can start off with a 2+0 (dual core radio) for your 1 gig for starters. In the end, you will have two 2+0 systems (XPIC most likely) on the same antenna, which is nice for redundancy purposes. CableFree have jus launched the new Diamond product. www.cablefree.net/diamond Up to 2Gbps full duplex, using 2048QAM, wide channels and XPIC. Full outdoor integrated radio Currently shipping in higher frequency bands. For lower frequency bands the existing CableFree HCR product stacked to 1+1 = 2Gbps would be great too. www.cablefree.net/hcr I hope that's of interest, Best regards Stephen On 21 October 2017 at 23:32, Mitch Koepwrote: > Am looking at a 22.4 mile link that needs a gig now and 2 gig by end of > next year > > Am trying to figure out the best gear for this application > > Thanks > > Mitch > >

The new bridgewave navigator can run 4 channels total. So about 600mbps x 4 = 2.4 gbps full duplex.
