Depending on what else is there in the lines of unlicensed. Get on the tall tower 50' min above the other towers. You wont cover much at the base of the tower at all but not sure if thats your goal. This is a hill in Cusco, Peru. I wasn't able to get a pic of the other side, but it has just as many more towers, all mostly cellular and WISP towers.
