Your local electrical wholesaler will have unistrut Ts with slightly
rounded metal plates that you can lag in and mount a pipe to.  That's what
they use to run their 3 conduit up the pole.  I've used them before and
they worked amazing.

Seriously we have a KOA campground that we have a couple of trees to 
deal with.

Its a wifi access project.
We are using only mikrotik for this deployment because we need the use 
of userman and payment

gateway options and dude for monitoring.

There's also an andrew pole clamp that's basically a pipe-to-pipe clamp 
where one side is sized for a pipe 12 in diameter.  Those happily 
clamp on a wooden pole.

I am getting ideas...need to quote an installation scenario for a  2ft drum
for Proxim 5 2ghz radio.  Thinking 3 or 4 unistrut legs  secured to pole
with long carriage bolts and 10 ft pipe to hold dish and radio.   Or I can
weld together some tubular T mounts and use slotted angle as supports
