Your local electrical wholesaler will have unistrut Ts with slightly rounded metal plates that you can lag in and mount a pipe to. That's what they use to run their 3 conduit up the pole. I've used them before and they worked amazing. What about trees.. :) Seriously we have a KOA campground that we have a couple of trees to deal with. Its a wifi access project. We are using only mikrotik for this deployment because we need the use of userman and payment gateway options and dude for monitoring. There's also an andrew pole clamp that's basically a pipe-to-pipe clamp where one side is sized for a pipe 12 in diameter. Those happily clamp on a wooden pole. expensive is relative. You can always spend more. Andrew makes a wood pole clamp that is like pipe-to-pipe clamps welded to the end of galvanized all-thread. I am getting ideas...need to quote an installation scenario for a 2ft drum for Proxim 5 2ghz radio. Thinking 3 or 4 unistrut legs secured to pole with long carriage bolts and 10 ft pipe to hold dish and radio. Or I can weld together some tubular T mounts and use slotted angle as supports Jaime Solorza On Apr 11, 2015 1:25 PM, Josh Luthman j...@imaginenetworksllc.com wrote: Pole would be way too big?
