430's are V pol only. If you lost the vertical on the AP, perhaps due to 
water in the cable, that will do it.

I would stay on 13.2.1 until 14.1.2 official which should be soon.  Not sure it 
explains your exact problem, but there were various problems with 13.3 onward 
so I don’t think many people are using those.

I don’t remember the exact problems with 13.4, I know 13.3 broke alignment tone 
so it was dead to me.

are you using RADIUS?  there are known issues with 13.4 and RADIUS.

13.2.1 and 14.1.2(build 8) are the only "stable" software releases for the
450AP in my opinion.
