 You stuck on the cortical too? I am not. I see the big picture. There are 
other parts of the brain
doing great things.

 It is a computer that dose not work on binary. It generates it unique number
system that is then uses to access memory elements and build data.  The number 
system values do not have least significant bits or greater significant bits.
