Resolving the above:
I transfer 630 coins to D. Wet for proposing to create a rule, resulting
in CFJ 3922. I think we can all agree this has led to an interesting
time for the judiciary of Agora!

2021 on 12 Jul 2021, resulting in CFJs 3919 and 3920. Sorry you got
