I do not vote on Herald in an effort to keep it under quorum.

I conditionally vote for Assessor as follows: {Gaelan, PSS} followed by {all 
players nichdel votes for, in the order in which e votes for them, excluding 
Gaelan and PSS}. [This is probably the same thing as {Gaelan, PSS, ENDORSE 
nichdel} but there was some confusion there IIRC.]

first preference.

For Assessor, I vote for the first player to unconditionally vote for emself as
