I'm probably going to start using the 2+N support method equivalently to
this. We'll see if it needs tweaking. But my current plans are to use it
for the sort of public interest, quick fix proposals that certifiable
patches currently cover. The criteria will be broadened a bit (since I'll
be figuring it out, I can just be reasonable about it). Of course, I'll be
open to public comment on the details.

I'm okay with that too, although I’m not a big fan of having to wait, and 
remember, to resolve a without-objection intent in order to pend one’s proposal.
