FYI: Once I receive a role, I will assume other roles have been
distributed, and I will sound the alarm. If you do not receive a role,
please check in with Kiako and Janet first. Kiako should know your number,
and Janet should know your list of roles, so to hide your role from them,
don't share what they don't know with them (use examples as necessary). I
should know neither your list of roles nor your number, but I can also
provide assistance otherwise. If you choose to share this information
anyways, that role-reveal is up to you.

And that these regulations include a link to the ruleset and a link to the
new public fora for tournament use (remember to subscribe to it).
This message also marks the start date of the tourney.
Finally: If you didn't sign up for the tournament, 24hrs after the alarm is
sounded, you can still become a player of Agoran't anyways! (However, it
will not result in any wins in Agora unless we modify the regulations
without 3 objections to support you.)
