Re: [Ai] About locating coach number and finding the seat inside
Hi Mohith, On 7/5/17, Mahendra Galani via Aiwrote: Hi Mohith, your first 3 question - I think better to ask people around you and help yourself instead seeking Railway facility - I feel Good mobility include - Knowing to seek right questions on right situation while traveling without escort. This may not be an issue since the Train Coach position will be displayed 5 to 10 min before Train arrives - in case you could not get in to right compartment get in to anywhere and slowly move towards your Seat location . For the last question - there are Railway Police Help desk numbers which differ States to States as well as SMS complaint system also availible, I will collect and share those details offline if you required. However I too agree the challenges who travels in Special coach such as which starts from Finding the right Ticket counter as they are not ready to provide Concession from the normal queue , Finding the Disable coach since there is no consistency of the coach position (Front or Rear ),Getting Food /Pantry service for who travel in Special compartment , issues for wheel chair user's , General passengers travels in PWD coach etc > Lets hope for the best...
