It happens on virus attacks. Please check if the folder you are clicking is 
a chortcut. Check the properties.


Some viruses render folders hidden and the shortcuts are visible. However, I 
have seen it happening in case of pen drives.

Very simple, press ctrl+o for the open dialogue box and locate the folder 
containing the daisy book. You will normally find just one file in the 
folder with .opf or .xml extention. Open this file and read it using the 
simple navigation commands. If it has audio, use the standard audio menu 
commands.


Try a daisy book and you won't have to ask again.

I do it another way to delete sfk files. I press ctrl+e or f3 key on the 
folder containing sfk file. In the resultant search box I type sfk and wait 
a second or two. All .sfk files are listed from the folder. I simply use 
ctrl+a and then del key to delete all of them.


I suggest keeping those .smil files intact. These are daisy files.

hi access Indians, hope you are doing well.
as stated in the subject line, I have a quary regarding word 2016.
after running OCR on the scanned PDF, there is a symbol which jaws
reads as vertical tab, it comes almost after every line and is
therefore very irritating. I want to remove this symbol but it is a
very tedious task to do so. I tried doing it through find and replace
tab, but it didn't work as the symbol is not getting pasted in the
find field. I also pasted the content in notepad which proved to be
helpful, but I cant paste all content on the notepad as it has tables
in it.
request you to please suggest some other way if available.
