The index is working fine with three terms, but if you add a fourth term and then try to update the index, OpenOffice crashes, and (after killing the openoffice process) when you next try to open the document it needs to be "recovered". To reproduce: 1. Open the file in OpenOffice Writer 3.0.0 2. Select any word within the Lorem ipsum paragraph that's not already an index term. 3. Insert > Indexes and Tables > Entry. 4. Insert an index entry for the word. 5. Right-click on the alphabetical index and select "Update Index/Table". It doesn't seem to matter which words are index entries, or how they are arranged or numbered. I only used the same graphic twice because this makes the difference between the graphics better visible. You can open a new document, take nearly every graphic file, paste it into Writer using Paste / Special and cut it a little bit on the left or right or on the top or bottom. Usual values what make the graphic blurred are 0,02 in left, right, top and / or bottom. The degree how much the graphic is blurred depends from its size. As new file test I attach the file "new graphic". If you paste this file with Paste / Special ones in a new document and set the left margin to 0,02 and the upper margin to 0,02 then this graphic is pretty much blurred despite the fact that it is pasted only one time into the document. The left-hand column gives you the options of Document, Template etc. The next one along gives you a file list for each of the left-hand options you select. However, when you select a left-hand option (such as Document) and then tab into the file list, the first item is not properly highlighted with the system highlight colour. If you move down the list with the cursor keys, the highlighting gets turned on properly, but not until you do that. This makes it hard for those of us with poor eyesight to see which column has focus - there's only a faint line around the top item in the 2nd column when it should be colour-highlighted from the get-go.
