Looking at a system monitor, I can see the RAM filling up in response to the scrolling. My presentation has many png figures, vectorials and text, and is 5 MB big. My OpenOffice binary was compiled with gcc-4.1.2 under Gentoo Linux. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. To comment on the following update, log in, then open the issue: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=78996 --- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fri Jun 29 05:18:02 + 2007 --- Just found out that removing the 6 PNGs, which slims down the file from 330148 KB to 323 KB, makes the memory leak stop, and the used memory stops to increase when scrolling. And when I leave OpenOffice, the memory is freed back to its original size. So, for the time being, I'm not attaching a sample file, for the one which would trigger the bug is too big for the OOo bugtracker (1MB). - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
