Strange behaviour remains. First i installed OOo on Windows 2000 Pro. From here, I described the issue. Next, i installed last day OOo at home on Windows XP Pro SP2 fr. In the dialog-box from X-Axis settings, i could enter the intervall value with hour format. But when i close and open again this dialog box. The entryfield show '0.0' as value. Not a decimal or a hour value (00:01:00 for a hour). The graph is drawn correctly. It isn't serious bug. Cosmetic, i think. Enter '00:01:00' as value and quit the entryfield (by a tabulation). Then you lose your value. Regards. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker. [graphics-issues] [Issue 49145] New - Chart axis X settings. incorrect view of 'main interval' value
To comment on the following update, log in, then open the issue: http://www.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=49145 Issue #:|49145 Summary:|Chart axis X settings. incorrect view of 'main |interval' value Component:|Chart Version:|OOo 2.0 Beta Platform:|PC URL:| OS/Version:|Windows XP Status:|UNCONFIRMED Status whiteboard:| Keywords:| Resolution:| Issue type:|DEFECT Priority:|P3 Subcomponent:|viewing Assigned to:|kla Reported by:|ehamon --- Additional comments from [EMAIL PROTECTED] Thu May 12 06:05:01 -0700 2005 --- Hi, I join with this issue 4 files: two screenshoots (OOo 1.9.100 and Excel counterpart screenshot) 2 files of sample. My english isn't fluent. See screenshots, it's very easy to do again the current issue. In the spreadsheet, i have data with hour format. I want to alter the X-Axis 'scale' from the chart. I want to begin with the first value of X-values. It's a hour format. In the dialog-box, i enter '08:00:00' in the entryfield 'minimum'. (12:00:00 for the 'maximum'). But when i try to enter an intervall value in the format 'hour', it's rejected. As Excel do, Ooo.spreadsheet converts entries (in hour format) in a decimal float. (I think). 00:00:00 -- 0.0, 24:00:00 -- 1. Internal value for 1 hour is 1/24. Great. the value corresponding to 1/24 is pasted to the field, then the chart is correctly redrawn. But the dialog-box 'Axis settings' show a null value '0.0'. It seems difficult to enter a very low value. It's hard to enter an intervall with a very low converted value (less than 0.1). A strange behavior that doesn't exist in Excel2000. A bug in the format control of this entryfield? (rounding perhaps) Best regards. - Please do not reply to this automatically generated notification from Issue Tracker.
