If it had not been for the lack of this feature I would have trashed Excel long ago. The lack of this is all that's holding me back. Real world problems: Report Subtotaled from hundreds of values and your boss only cares about the totals. He wants them in an email. Subtotals of measurement collections need to be transferred to another sheet for further processing. Examples are from previous and current work experience.
