As you done, it's OK when it's same in OpenOffice and MSWord. My default font size is 10pt in MSWord and 12pt in OpenOffice. So the size will be changed from 10pt to 12pt with copy. If you modify the default size is 14pt, text with 14pt will have problem. I think OpenOffice only remember the default style and ignore the actual font size.
