fs-arielch: The download location also contains a zip file with an updated IDL

fs-arielch: Please feel free to test both the XUserInputInterception and the
XContextMenuInterception interface, I am eager for your feedback.
Unfortunately, I am on vacation starting tomorrow, but don't let this hinder
you :)

implemented in CWS dba30d.

Since there's quite some shared implementation between the application
controller and the data source browser, the latter now also supports
XContextMenuInterception, though only for its tree view part.

The selection passed to the interceptors is a sequence
css.sdb.application.NamedDatabaseObject , for details, you're referenced to
the respective IDL reference (which of course is not online, yet).

Re-targeting to 3.0.

2.x is kind of forbidden right now, 2.4 is out of reach.

while we are at it ...
http://api.openoffice.org/docs/common/ref/com/sun/star/frame/Controller.html
states that XUserInputInterception is also an optional interface, we should
probably support it, too.

I was doing some clean up in my issues (becasue sometime I do some stupid things
when reporting issues, like the attachment in this one) and thought this was
another mistake!

The implementation of the XController for the database access module
(com.sun.star.sdb.ApplicationController ::
source/dbaccess/source/ui/app/AppController) does not implement the
com.sun.star.ui.XContextMenuInterception interface.

This way developers can not intercept context menus in OpenOffice.org Base
application controller.
