This is a technically perfect explanation why it is as it is, but as an end user, sorry, I don't care. What I care for is that I carefully designed a report, and when I execute it, then certain portions of the resulting document are not where I told them to be. Moreover, they hide other portions of my hand-crafted document, which certainly is not what I intended.
