In case that you don't have: just rename the openoffice.org folder in 'c:/documents and settings/win user/application data/'. When clicking on the icon to open up OO, I get the following : "The personal configuration file 'file:///c:/documents%20and%20settings/win%20user/application%20data/openoffice.org/3/user/registry/data/org/openoffice/offoce/common.xcu' is corrupted and must be deleted to continue. Some of your personal settings may be lost. Do you want to continue startup of openoffice.org without the corrupted configuration data ?" With a choice of Yes or No. I click and enter the software ok. Ive remaned the file to see if it helps but the same error pops up every time I open OO.
