Now 2 thinks are possible; First i108636 is the Reason for your slow system. This will be fixed in the next version. So i will set your issue to duplicate. Sec. if you think in general that Why not waiting until the user click on the OK button before triggering the diagram refresh i will change your issue as an enhancement. However, after bug #108636 will be fixed, then I think we would have to propose an option for disabling the preview anyway. Basically, I'm using a large amount of data which could impact the responsiveness, whatever the code is.
