Reproducible with May 2.ppt and MS PP-Viewer.

Problem disappearw after I opened and saved May 2.ppt with Ooo 3.1.1 WIN XP
DE[OOO310m19 (Build 9420)] or with Ooo-Dev 3.2.1 multilingual version English
UI WIN XP: [OOO320m16 (Build 9497)]!

Problem is reproducible with original attached file. After loading it in 3.2 and
saving it again it loads fine for me in PPT viewer.

I had tried to resave the .ppt file also, and it did not work. Tried it again
just now, and it works, so I guess the problem is solved, but I don't know
why. The files that I previously saved are still corrupt. I will send the
original odp document for your information.

Since it appears to be working, I will leave the puzzle of why Impress created
the corrupt files in the first place, to you.

Perhaps it's the version (3.2, m12) that I am using, but when I save this odp
file as May 2, it will not open with the MS 2007 viewer. However, if I
reopen the .ppt file and save it under a different name, it will open with the
viewer.

I previously created Impress files and saved them as .ppt with no problem.
Last working file was one I saved on April 22. Now, .ppt files will open with
Impress but not with Powerpoint viewer. I tried reinstalling the 2007 PPV; no
change. Reinstalled OO3.2; no change.
